Mushroom chocolate became the default edible because cocoa masks the taste of dried fruiting body. The limitation is the method: powder in fat does not mix into a perfectly even bar. Servings vary. Onset waits on unactivated psilocybin and a meal’s worth of digestion. People know it as the stronger half of the bar.
At White Rabbit, the extract is homogenized before it ever meets another format. A chocolate built on that extract would be dosed by serving, consistent from square to square, and rapid for the same reason our drink is rapid: we convert psilocybin to bioavailable psilocin and stabilize it for uptake. Not because chocolate became a beverage — because the chemistry was finished first.
We do not offer a chocolate bar today. This page exists because that is how many people still search. The collection shows what ships now. When a White Rabbit bar exists, it will be this extract, not another powdered cap in cocoa.
